SHIPPING

All items will be shipped via UPS in the United States within 5 business days of the order being placed. Shipping is calculated at the time of purchase to give you the most fair and accurate pricing. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

We are happy to ship to our international Saffronistas, but recipients are responsible for all customs, taxes and levies.

If we are unable to ship within 5 business days due to the item being out of stock, we will contact you.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase of full-priced items, you are welcome to exchange it for another size or item, credit, or a full refund.

This must be done by:
1. Filling out the Return/Exchange form and enclosing it with your package

2. Returning the unworn item(s) in original condition with tags still attached

3. within 14 days of receipt

4. by prepaid shipping (UPS, FedEx or DHL recommended) to:

Once we have received your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase of sale items, you are welcome to exchange it for another size or item, credit, or a refund less a $20 restocking fee PER ITEM. Please follow the instructions above for the return of a sale item.

Please note:

1. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
2. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or DHL to ship with a tracking number as we are not responsible for returned packages if we are not able to confirm that the package has been received by our Return/Exchange Department. Only items purchased from our online store are eligible for this return policy. Any items purchased through our or other retail stores are subject to our store and the individual retailers' policies.
3. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. We recommend insuring your return packages, as this will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. In the event of any failure to return goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
4. Items returned after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
5. No items will be accepted for returns or exchanges after 30 days of your receipt.

COUPON CODES & DISCOUNTS

Coupon codes and discounts do not apply to sale items and can only be used to purchase regular priced items. They must be applied during checkout and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse a shipment from Saffron Rare Threads, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and or customs charges that are incurred on the package (for both original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Saffron Rare Threads. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
