FULL-PRICED ITEMS

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase of full-priced items, you are welcome to exchange it for another size or item, credit, or a full refund.

This must be done by: 

1. Filling out the Return/Exchange form and enclosing it with your package being placed. 

2. Returning the unworn item(s) in original condition with tags still attached

3. within 14 days of receipt 

4. by prepaid shipping (USPS with tracking number, UPS or FedEx recommended) to:

Once we have received your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

SALE ITEMS

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase of sale items, you are welcome to exchange it for another size or item, credit, or a refund less a $20 restocking fee PER ITEM. Please follow the instructions above for the return of a sale item.

ALL ITEMS:

1. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

2. We recommend shipping using UPS, FedEx or USPS with a tracking number as we are not responsible for returned packages if we are not able to confirm that the package has been received by our Return/Exchange Department. 

3. Only items purchased from our online store are eligible for this return policy. Any items purchased through our or other retail stores are subject to our store and the individual retailers' policies. 

4. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. We recommend insuring your return packages, as this will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. In the event of any failure to return goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. 

5. Items returned after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. 

6. No items will be accepted for returns or exchanges after 30 days of your receipt.
